$500 Sanchia Wardrobe Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Sanchia the Label, ABN 56 968 406 398 ("Promoter").
2. Promotion Period
The Sanchia the Label $500 Wardrobe Competition ("Promotion") opens at 5:00pm AEST on 7 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 21 September 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members and any persons directly involved in conducting or determining the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
- Follow Sanchia the Label on instagram
- Visit the Sanchia the Label competition page: https://sanchiathelabel.com/pages/win
- Complete the competition entry form with the requested information; and
- Submit the completed form during the Promotion Period.
Entry is free.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries by the same person may be deemed invalid.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring the information they provide is complete and accurate.
5. Prize
There is one prize available.
The winner will receive one Sanchia the Label voucher valued at AUD $500, redeemable on products available from Sanchia the Label.
The total prize pool is AUD $500.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection
This Promotion is a game of chance.
One eligible winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place on 28 September 2026 at 10am AEST at 82A West Street, Balgowlah, Sydney, NSW.
The first valid entry randomly selected will be the winner.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry within two business days of the draw.
The winner must respond and claim the prize within 14 days of notification.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or does not claim the prize within that period, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries, subject to applicable laws.
8. Prize Conditions
The $500 voucher is subject to Sanchia the Label's applicable voucher or gift card terms and conditions.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given.
9. Privacy and Marketing
Personal information provided by entrants will be collected and used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including processing entries and contacting the winner.
Entrants may separately choose to consent to receive marketing communications from Sanchia the Label. Entering the Promotion does not require an entrant to consent to receive marketing communications.
Where an entrant provides marketing consent, Sanchia the Label may send them news, new arrivals, offers and other marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Sanchia the Label's Privacy Policy.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or otherwise acts fraudulently or improperly.
If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Instagram and Facebook
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that Instagram and Facebook have no responsibility for the Promotion and release Instagram and Facebook from liability in connection with the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
