Return/Exchange Policy

It is important to us that you love your purchase from Sanchia, so we have made our return/exchange policy very simple.

Refunds: Please be assured that all items are carefully inspected by us prior to shipping to ensure that quality is of the highest standards. If, however, your item arrives faulty or damaged, you will be eligible for a full refund* on the purchase price. 

*(not including sales items)

Exchanges: If you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, doesn't fit or doesn't suit you, please send the item(s) back to us within 7 days and we can offer a store credit for you to purchase an alternative product either in-store or online. Please note that we do not refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections. Your garment/s must meet the following requirements to be returned for a credit.

  • The garment/s must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item for a return within Australia.
  • The garment/s must be returned in new, unused, unwashed condition with all tags still attached.
  • It must be a full price item - there is no return on sale items.
  • Please note that garments that smell of perfume/deodorant or have makeup or tan stains on them will not be accepted as a return.
  • Shoes must be unworn and original good condition.

TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS

  • Please ensure your garment/s meet the above requirements.
  • Email us straight away at shellssanchia@gmail.com to request a RETURNS FORM.
  • NOTE: This form MUST be included with your return.
  • Alongside your RETURNS FORM, we will send you the shipping address and shipping details for you to send your returned item/s.
